Junior Scribe Badge Workshop (Individual)
Calling all Junior Girl Scouts! Play with poems, prose, and personal stories in a fun, fast-paced, and surprisingly rowdy writing class that's perfect for those who love to write and those who think it's the worst.
We'll start by reading some awesome poems, then writing awesome poems of our own. We'll talk about different types of language and how it can be used to tell our own stories in new and interesting ways. Then we'll use what we learned to explore the world of fiction and write some epic made-up tales. Everyone will leave with at least three pieces of writing. Participants who complete all the activities will earn the Scribe badge.
